中国恒大清盘呈请聆讯1月15日进行，股份停牌至另行通知
中国恒大（03333）发布公告，针对其若干附属公司的清盘呈请及清盘令进行说明。公告指出，2024年11月8日，公司根据清盘人的指示向香港高等法院提呈针对天基控股有限公司的清盘呈请，聆讯定于2025年1月15日进行。天基控股是景程有限公司的间接附属公司，且景程为天基控股所发行的境外优先票据的担保方。清盘人认为此举符合集团债权人及其他持份者的利益。
此外，2024年11月18日，英属处女群岛高等法院已就若干景程票据的最终实益持有人所提出的申请，向景程发出清盘令，并委任安迈顾问有限公司的相关人员为景程的共同及各别清盘人。公告还提到，公司股份自2024年1月29日上午10时18分起暂停买卖，并将继续停牌，直至另行通知。公司提醒股东、投资者及潜在投资者在买卖其证券时务请审慎行事。
