消息面上，新高教集团公布截至2024年8月31日止年度全年业绩，总收入约28.35亿元，同比增长12.2%；毛利8.76亿元，同比增长8.7%；净利润7.56亿元，同比增长7.5%；经调整净利润7.72亿元，同比增长6.1%。末期股息每股0.233元，将全部以代息股份形式派发。
公司认为，面对少子化等社会人口结构变化、学生对更高学历的需求增加，未来高等教育市场竞争程度将进一步加剧，需持续提升院校办学层次、提升教学水平和服务质量，以应对未来需求侧减少的冲击。
