Auswide Bank (ASX:ABA) said the Supreme Court of New South Wales ordered the postponement of a meeting for Auswide shareholders to vote on the proposed acquisition of the company by MyState's (ASX: MYS) MyState Bank subsidiary, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.
The meeting will be moved to Feb. 3, 2025, from Dec. 2 amid ongoing regulatory discussions with the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority, the filing said.
