智通财经APP讯，招商局中国基金(00133)发布公告，于首场股东特别大会上所提呈就批准新管理协议的普通决议案未获通过，而于次场股东特别大会上所提呈就所有新投资管理协议的期限最多为一年，本公司董事无权代表本公司签署任何期限超过一年的新投资管理协议的普通决议案已获通过。
鉴于须获独立股东批准的新管理协议的条件未能完成及新管理协议未能生效并因而终止，在现有管理协议于2024年12月31日届满时可能会无投资管理协议。本公司正在考虑所有可行的替代方案，包括(其中包括)将投资管理协议的拟定期限缩短至一年。此外，本公司将尽力避免因无投资管理协议而对本公司的运营造成的任何影响。
