大快活集团中期业绩：权益股东应占溢利骤降57.3%至1550万港元
财中社11月29日电大快活集团（00052）发布中期业绩，截至2024年9月30日的六个月内，公司的收入减少0.3%，由15.58亿港元降至15.54亿港元。权益股东应占溢利为1550万港元，同比下降57.3%（2023年为3630万港元），每股基本盈利降至11.98港分（2023年为28.03港分）。毛利率也有所下降，从9.4%降至7.5%。尽管如此，公司仍保持了稳健的财务状况，银行存款和现金及现金等价物为5.96亿港元，无银行负债。
管理层指出，香港的零售及餐饮业面临挑战，消费开支整体下降以及消费者习惯的转变导致了业绩下滑。为应对这些变化，公司采取了多项策略，包括增强晚市市场的产品供应和推出新的菜式，以吸引更多顾客。此外，公司还致力于提升与本地社区的联系，推出了针对长者的软餐计划，以满足特定人群的需求。
在业务分部方面，香港餐厅和内地餐厅的收入表现相对稳定，但整体溢利有所下降。香港餐厅的外部客户收入为14.59亿港元（2023年为14.61亿港元），而内地餐厅的外部客户收入为9080万港元（2023年为9481万港元）。公司将继续关注市场动态，优化业务布局，以期在未来实现更好的业绩。
