尽管本公司多次尝试与王先生及梁先生联络，但彼等仍无故缺乏联络。有鉴于此，董事会已议决暂停王先生及梁先生的一切职权，即时生效。
王先生及梁先生作为非执行董事，并未参与本集团业务及营运的日常管理，故董事会认为暂停彼等的职权将不会对本集团的业务及营运造成影响。
