白云山调整与广药集团关联交易预计金额
财中社11月29日电白云山（600332/00874）发布关于调整与广州医药集团有限公司日常关联交易预计及签订《日常关联交易协议》补充协议的公告。公司与控股股东广药集团及其附属企业的2024年度及2025年度日常关联交易预计金额分别调整为不超过2.44亿元和2.77亿元。此次调整是基于对2024年四季度及2025年业务发展的预期，旨在满足公司相关业务的需求，不会导致对关联方的过度依赖。
根据公告，2024年与广药集团的具体关联交易类别包括产品采购、销售及劳务提供等，预计金额的调整主要源于花城药业的中成药生产需求增加和广告投入的提升。2024年1-10月的实际发生金额显示，公司与广药集团的交易正常，且具备履约能力。此项关联交易的定价遵循市场原则，保障了公司及全体股东的利益，不影响公司的独立性。
2024年前三季度，白云山实现收入590.60亿元，归母净利润31.59亿元。
