China Renaissance (HKG:1911) appointed its current co-president of the group, Wang Lixing, as its chief executive officer, a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
The appointment followed the resignation of Xie Yi Jing from the same post effective Friday due to personal and family reasons.
