　　CMF年度论坛（2024-2025）于11月30日在北京举行。中银国际研究有限公司董事长曹远征出席并演讲。

　　曹远征表示，随着经济发展，中国已经到达高收会社会门槛前了。曹远征分析称，去年人均GDP约为1.26万美元，今年很可能超过1.3万美元。“按去年世界银行标准，1.4万美元左右是高收入社会，中国很可能在今年已接近这个指标”。

　　曹远征强调，高收入社会不同于低收入社会，其发展策略和发展战略可能发生重大变化。在其看来，这种变化的一种表现是居民消费会从商品型消费转向服务型消费。

　　“从去年开始就发现一个很重要的现象，怎么鼓励商品消费似乎都鼓励不起来，但另一方面突然发现，火车票一票难求，节假日期间的高速公路变成了停车场，旅游景点人满为患”。曹远征说，旅游消费是享受型消费，而当前就学、就医等仍然存在的难题，包括养老也遇到瓶颈。

　　上述现象说明，我国供需结构出现了严重错位，而这恰恰是高收入社会的标志——即服务型消费会加大占比。

　　他强调，要重视发展服务业，“服务业已经是中国第一大产业了，占GDP比重55%”。

　　“发展服务业是扩大消费的重要途径，也是就业的来源，吸纳能力高于制造业”，曹远征说。
