智通财经APP讯，民生国际(00938)公布截至2024年9月30日止六个月的中期业绩，收入7044.5万港元，同比增长2.64%;公司权益持有人应占亏损约1.8亿港元，同比扩大约12%;每股亏损28港仙。
公告称，收入增长主要由集团装修及装饰分部所贡献。亏损增长主要由于换算海外业务的汇兑差额收益约为118万港元;投资物业公允价值减少约为5909.5万港元;持作出售物业减值亏损约为1239.3万港元;使用权资产减值亏损约为336.4万港元;物业、厂房及设备减值亏损约为1020.2万港元;及财务成本约为6873.2万港元。
