智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)公布，董事会于2024年11月29日收到执行董事潘光文先生的书面辞职报告。因工作调整原因，潘光文先生申请辞去公司第九届董事会执行董事、提名委员会委员及战略委员会委员职务。潘光文先生在其辞职申请生效后将不再担任公司任何职务。
此外，公司建议委任付兴海先生为公司的执行董事，任期自公司临时股东会批准之日起至公司第九届董事会期满(即2025年9月7 日)。
