智通财经APP获悉，香港宽频(01310)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.28%，报4.73港元，成交额4612.66万港元。
消息面上，香港宽频公布，于2024年11月25日，公司接获非执行董事张立阳先生的书面通知，表示其已委任Zubin Jamshed IRANI先生(Irani先生)为其替任董事，自2024年11月27日起生效，直至张立阳先生于股东周年大会结束时退任为止。此外，独立非执行董事钟郝仪将获委任为董事会、提名委员会及薪酬委员会主席以及审核委员会成员，自股东周年大会结束起生效。
值得注意的是，董事会已收到潜在要约人中国移动香港提出无约束力建议，表示可能提出现金收购要约，以收购公司全部已发行普通股份。公司与潜在要约人仍在讨论该等建议包括价格的条款。此前有传闻称，中移动愿意以每股至少5港元的价格收购MBK及TPG的持股，对香港宽频的估值超过65亿元。不过，MBK及TPG可能会坚持要求更高的估值，而其他私募股权公司等的潜在买家亦对香港宽频感兴趣。
