（记者 石瑶）近日，位于南三环木樨园桥西南角的福海国际大厦，正式进入施工状态。曾经的服装贸易明珠将变身大红门数智产业大厦。这是继大红门服装商贸城破茧化蝶，提升为南中轴国际文化科技园后，丰台区落子南中轴地区的又一大动作。

大红门数智产业大厦传承历史红门形象，正在打造南中轴新的IP，与丰台区政务服务中心形成“双子座”建筑形式，与南中轴国际文化科技园南北呼应成为南中轴-首都商务新区产业发展双引擎。项目整体设计理念秉承南中轴IP的城市形象、创新和灵活性的空间、可持续性和生态多样性、社会价值和公众互动等愿景，以亲生命设计理念设计空间需求，形成“一环”“一芯”“双首层”模式，形成从场地外沿到内核空间相协调的空间。
