智通财经APP获悉，南京熊猫电子股份(00553)一度涨超18%，公司A股今日涨停。截至发稿，涨16.47%，报3.96港元，成交额3.37亿港元。
消息面上，《南京市促进机器人产业高质量发展行动计划（2024—2026年）》近日发布，计划提出，到2026年，南京市机器人产业总体发展水平居全国前列，自主工业机器人在行业内继续保持领先优势，“机器人+”创新示范应用取得显著成效、成为国内标杆。据悉，南京熊猫主营业务涵盖智慧交通与平安城市、工业互联网与智能制造、绿色服务型电子制造三大领域，其主要产品包括工业机器人等。
另值得注意的是，天眼查App显示，近日，南京中电熊猫信息产业集团有限公司发生工商变更，注册资本由约54.3亿人民币增至约104.3亿人民币，增幅约92%，同时多位高管发生变更。
