智通财经APP获悉，新高教集团(02001)跌幅扩大逾40%，盘中低见1.07港元，刷新历史新低。截至发稿，跌41.18%，报1.1港元，成交额4241.74万港元。
消息面上，新高教集团公告，集团财务表现维持稳健增长，截至2024年8月31日止年度，集团主营收入同比增长13.8%至人民币24.1亿元，经调整净利润同比增长6.1%至人民币7.7亿元。董事会已决议就截至2024年8月31日止年度派发末期股息每股人民币0.233元，将全部以代息股份形式派发。
公告指出，集团认为，面对少子化等社会人口结构变化、学生对更高学历的需求增加，未来高等教育市场竞争程度将进一步加剧，需持续提升院校办学层次、提升教学水平和服务质量，以应对未来需求侧减少的冲击。因此，集团将持续加大投入，抓住当下专科学校申本、本科学校申硕的机遇，以实现长期可持续的高质量发展。集团相信，此次非常态化的以股代息计划符合本集团及股东的整体利益，在保障股东收益的同时，可保留现金作为集团的业务发展和营运需要，并且避免增加集团资本负债比率，期望以股代息计划将能提高股份交易的流动性。
