新高教集团年度业绩增长显著 净利润达7.7亿元
财中社11月29日电新高教集团（02001）发布截至2024年8月31日的年度业绩公告。公告显示，公司主营业收入同比增长13.8%，达到24.1亿元，调整后的净利润同比增长6.1%，达到7.7亿元。公司致力于高质量发展，聚焦提升教育教学和人才培养质量，以服务区域经济和社会发展为目标。
截至2023年12月31日，2023届毕业生的最终去向落实率为96.97%，连续四年维持在95%以上，而2024届毕业生的初次毕业去向落实率为95.09%，较去年同期提升4.4个百分点。其中，高质量就业人数占比达到33.21%，每三名毕业生中就有一名进入高质量就业，名企就业人数较去年增长62%。此外，2024/2025学年在校生人数约为13.9万人，本科生比例持续提升。
公司计划维持派息，建议将末期股息每股0.233元以代息股份形式派发，旨在保障股东收益的同时保留现金以支持业务发展。公司还表示，面对少子化和高等教育市场竞争加剧的挑战，将持续加大投入，提升办学层次和教学水平，以实现长期可持续发展。
