2019年9月，哈尔滨银行线上农贷“农闪贷一代”作为当年中国农民丰收节献礼产品正式上线。自此之后，哈尔滨银行根据市场需求变化，从各维度不断优化升级，目前已迭代至“农闪贷第六代”。2024年10月28日，基于北大荒垦区土地承包数据直连的“农闪贷（农垦版）”全面上线，上线20余天授信额度已突破7亿元。

“农闪贷（农垦版）”充分运用最新客户画像管理、风险模型识别、数据标签技术，全面建立哈行惠农金融数据库，持续加强北大荒垦区数据开发利用、技术应用、接口交换、隐私保护等技术的升级改造，实现资源生态化、应用准确化、数据动态化、全程可追溯的数据库体系，切实打造涉农线上贷款的造血式机制。

目前“农闪贷（农垦版）”服务对象为广大垦区客户，贷款额度最高达200万元，单亩贷款额度充足，线上纯信用贷款，贷款利率年化最低3.1%（单利）、贷款期限最长15个月，支持循环使用、随借随还、提前还款，相比于传统涉农贷款，“农闪贷（农垦版）”可实现客户线上自主申请、线上征信授权、线上模型审批、线上合同签约、线上提款还款等手机全程线上贷款操作，几分钟即可获得贷款，高效便捷，极大增强客户体验，真正实现“客户掌上一键闪贷”。截至目前，哈尔滨银行农闪贷已累计发放超过60亿元。（宋红蕊）
