11月26日,Thinkers 50发布“Leaders50全球商业领袖”榜单,华润啤酒董事会主席侯孝海上榜。在华润啤酒30周年之际,侯孝海登此榜单,不仅是对侯孝海领导力的肯定,更是对华润啤酒三十年来不懈努力和成就的认可。
2002年,华润刚通过与雪花啤酒的合作进入啤酒市场时,侯孝海就加入了华润啤酒。自此,他在华润啤酒的发展过程中扮演了变革性角色,推动公司不断适应中国消费者日益变化的需求。
华润啤酒的成功离不开“高端化”战略,这一战略已成为其核心竞争力。在担任CEO后,侯孝海提出了七大战略举措,包括产能优化、组织变革,以此来实现公司运营的“复苏和变革”。他敏锐地洞察到消费者对高品质产品的需求趋势,主导开发了三款全国性高端啤酒——SuperX、马尔斯绿和匠心营造,这些产品很快超出了市场预期。
