智通财经APP获悉，半导体股拉升走高，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)涨4.97%，报26.4港元；上海复旦(01385)涨4.18%，报15.44港元；华虹半导体(01347)涨4.24%，报20.9港元；宏光半导体(06908)涨3.45%，报0.6港元。
消息面上，据财联社报道，有媒体引述知情人士消息称，拜登政府正考虑进一步限制向中国出售半导体设备和人工智能内存芯片，但不会采取此前提出的一些更严厉措施。这些限制措施最早可能会在下周公布。天风证券指出，美或对华执行新的芯片管制，再次强调半导体国产替代投资机会。该行强调半导体国产替代需求迫切、市场空间较大、以及外部（国际政治不稳定性）和内部（大厂扩产，政策助推等）潜在催化对板块带来的催化。判断国产半导体设备、材料、EDA/IP国产替代有望持续加速，板块投资机会值得重视。
华龙证券指出，半导体为大国竞争重要领域，地缘政治加剧芯片供应短缺，自主可控迫在眉睫。另外，随着特朗普当选后可能加大对华科技禁运与贸易制裁，我国半导体自主可控不仅势在必行，且将不断加速。华泰证券表示，半导体出口限制范围如果进一步扩大，短期对中国半导体产业或造成一定影响，长期或促进国产替代。
