消息面上，据财联社报道，记者根据今日发布的2024年国家医保目录发现，包括科济药业的泽沃基奥仑赛注射液在内的四款百万元CAR-T细胞疗法并未出现在目录名单之列。此前据多家媒体报道，在国谈“五十万不谈，三十万不进”的隐形门槛下，今年CAR-T也像前三年一样未能上医保谈判桌。
在11月28日的国家医保局新闻发布会上，国家医保局保障事业管理中心副主任王国栋介绍，一些昂贵的细胞与基因治疗药物相继上市，仅仅依靠基本医保还难以做到完全支撑，目前国家医保局也在着力构建“1+3+N”多层医疗保障体系，以更好地支持创新药发展。
