消息面上，君实生物宣布，公司自主研发的抗PD-1单抗产品特瑞普利单抗（商品名：拓益®）新增4项适应症成功被纳入《国家基本医疗保险、工伤保险和生育保险药品目录（2024年）》。新版国家医保目录将于2025年1月1日起正式实施。至此，拓益®在国内获批的10个适应症已全部纳入国家医保目录，是目录中唯一用于黑色素瘤、非小细胞肺癌围手术期、肾癌和三阴性乳腺癌治疗的抗PD-1单抗。
光大证券指出，公司核心产品特瑞普利单抗24年前三季度实现销售收入10.68 亿元，同比增长约60%，单Q3销售收入约3.97亿元，同比增长约79%。该行表示，随着特瑞普利单抗医保目录内适应症的增加，更多适应症的陆续数据读出和获批，以及持续不断的全球市场商业化拓展，特瑞普利单抗的商业化竞争力将获得持续提升。
