智通财经APP讯，文化传信(00343)发布公告，就有关该公司附属Vanity Holdings Limited(买方)建议收购销售股本(仿脑科技(深圳)有限公司全部销售股本)的相关事宜。经进一步磋商及讨论后，卖方与买方决定不进行建议收购事项。于2024年11月29日(联交所交易时段后)，卖方与买方订立终止契据(终止契据)，订约方已相互协定即时终止该协议。
根据终止契据，协议的订约方相互同意彼等各自的义务及责任终止及不再有效，即时生效，而其订约方概无根据该协议及其项下拟进行交易向另一方提出任何索赔。
