智通财经APP讯，浙江沪杭甬(00576)附属浙商证券发布公告，该公司于近日收到中国银河证券股份有限公司(以下简称“银河证券”)出具的《关于更换浙商证券股份有限公司2022年度公开发行可转换公司债券项目保荐代表人的函》，公司原保荐代表人张鹏因工作变动原因不再担任公司持续督导保荐代表人，为保证持续督导工作的有序进行，银河证券委派王春苹接替张鹏担任持续督导保荐代表人，继续履行持续督导职责。
本次保荐代表人更换后，公司持续督导保荐代表人为高寒和王春苹，持续督导期限至中国证券监督管理委员会和上海证券交易所规定的公司2022年公开发行可转换公司债券持续督导义务结束为止。
