金科服务提起诉讼 要求金科集团偿还15亿元贷款本金及利息
财中社11月29日电金科服务（09666）发布公告，内容涉及公司与金科股份的债务清偿授权及相关交易。公告指出，由于金科集团未能按贷款协议偿还本金及应计利息，金科服务已向重庆市第一中级人民法院提起诉讼，并于2024年3月29日获得《调解书》，要求金科集团偿还贷款本金15亿元及相应利息。截止至2024年11月29日，因贷款协议产生的应收款项合计约为16.41亿元。
为促使债务清偿，金科服务寻求独立股东批准债务清偿授权，允许公司通过收购剩余抵销资产以抵消应收款项。公告中提到，抵销资产的评估价值为10.59亿元，涉及17,935个停车位及多个商用物业项目。债务清偿授权将自临时股东会通过之日起有效一年，相关交易预计将通过司法拍卖方式进行。
