智通财经APP讯，天津创业环保股份(01065)发布公告，于2024年11月29日，董事会审议通过本公司(作为贷款人)根据借款合同向河北国津天创(作为借款人)提供总额不超过人民币4000万元的借款，其中人民币2435万元的约定借款期限为3年，人民币1565万元的约定借款期限为一年。
河北国津天创乃由本公司、河北国控、中建三局第三建设公司、天津市政研究院、石家庄藁城区建设投资及石家庄藁城经济政通建设组成的项目公司，为开发、营运及投资PPP项目而成立，并在特许经营期内获得污水处理服务费。
河北国津天创于2020年10月商业运营，因存在运营资金缺口，所以河北国津天创向本公司申请借款。本公司将结合河北国津天创实际需要提供借款。
