PALADIN(00495.HK) 公布，上周五收到联交所上市科的函件，指公司不符合上市规则第13.92条的规定，其中包括具有单一性别董事会的发行人须于今年12月31日前为董事会委任至少一名不同性别的董事。
公司亦指，函件也列出公司的复牌指引，包括证明公司遵守上市规则第13.24条、遵守上市规则第13.92条，以及通知市场所有重要资料，以便公司股东及投资者评估公司的状况。
作为进一步指引，上市科亦通知，联交所可取消任何已连续停牌18个月的证券的上市地位。就公司而言，该18个月期间将于2026年5月26日届满。(vc/u)
