智通财经APP讯，凯知乐国际(02122)发布公告，于2024年11月28日，Kidsland LCS(公司间接全资附属公司)(作为租户)与业主订立有关该物业的租赁协议(集团于2024年12月3日接获业主签署的租赁协议的签署本)，租期自2024年10月23日至2026年10月22日(包括首尾两日)止为期2年。
据悉，该物业位于中国香港名为新城市广场(一期)的商场商场4楼416号铺。
该物业由集团用作经营乐高认证专门店。董事认为于同一位置续新租约将为集团提供零售业务的连续性及稳定性。
