智通财经APP获悉，美国生物制药公司PTC Therapeutics(PTCT.US)的股价周一盘前上涨21%，此前该公司与诺华制药(NVS.US)签署了PTC518亨廷顿病项目的独家全球许可和合作协议。
PTC518目前正在进行2期PIVOT-HD试验，并显示出良好的安全性和耐受性。
该协议预计将于2025年第一季度完成。根据协议，PTC Therapeutics 将获得10亿美元的预付款，高达19亿美元的开发、监管和销售里程碑，在美国的利润分成为40%，并在美国以外的地区获得两位数的销售分层版税。
诺华制药将负责PTC518的开发、制造和商业化。
据悉，亨廷顿病是一种常染色体显性遗传性神经退行性疾病。 一般患者在中年发病，表现为舞蹈样动作，随着病情进展逐渐丧失说话、行动、思考和吞咽的能力，病情大约会持续发展10年到20年，并最终导致患者死亡。
