Chongqing Machinery & Electric (HKG:2722) said Liu Zhongtang has resigned as chief financial officer after reaching the statutory retirement age, effective Nov. 29, according to a Friday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
Xiangjun, an executive director and general manager, is temporarily in charge of the company's financial work, the filing added.
