东吴证券发布研报指出，赛沃替尼今年医保谈判未降价，美国即将申报上市。赛沃替尼针对2线EGFRm+ MET 驱动的NSCLC的海外II期注册临床达到预设指标，显示出高且具有临床意义的ORR数据，具备同类最佳潜力，2024年年底前有望美国申报上市。国内治疗2线MET扩增的EGFR TKI难治性NSCLC(SACHI 研究)预计2024H2完成患者入组；国内针对MET扩增的3线胃癌注册II期临床入组中。
国信证券认为，和黄医药的核心产品呋喹替尼正处于海外销售快速放量期，赛沃替尼也有望向FDA递交上市申请，索乐匹尼布临床数据优秀，预计将于2025年获批上市。公司的临床开发与商业化均取得进展。
