智通财经APP获悉，加拿大铀生产商NexGen Energy(NXE.US)周三宣布，已与美国多家核电公司签订了首批铀供应合同，总共涉及500万磅铀，并在交付时采用市场定价机制。
NexGen表示，这些合同反映了该公司专注于最大限度地利用未来的铀价，以及该公司作为西方可靠的新核燃料来源的定位。
NexGen表示，它仍在与美国、欧洲和亚洲的其他公用事业公司进行谈判。
NexGen首席执行官Leigh Curyer表示：“与美国主要公用事业公司签订承购合同对NexGen来说是一个关键时刻，凸显了Rook I项目的卓越品质和可扩展性。”
