智通财经APP获悉，马鞍山钢铁股份(00323)午后急升逾13%，截至发稿，涨13.01%，报1.39港元，成交额6606万港元。
消息面上，马钢股份公告，控股股东马钢（集团）控股有限公司计划通过上海证券交易所以集中竞价方式增持公司A股股份，增持金额不低于1.5亿元且不高于3亿元，增持期间为2024年9月19日起6个月内。截至2024年11月29日，马钢集团已累计增持公司A股股份6893万股，约占公司总股本的0.890%，累计增持金额为1.5亿元，本次增持计划已实施完成。
据悉，11月15日，证监会发布市值管理指引，对主要指数成分股制定市值管理制度、长期破净公司披露估值提升计划作出专项要求。华创证券此前指出，钢铁板块破净公司集中，多家破净公司主动维护市值，证监会发布上市公司市值管理指引，多家公司已发布或实施回购计划，主动发力维护市值。
