智通财经APP获悉，激进投资者Palliser Capital周三要求力拓(RIO.US)放弃其在伦敦的主要上市地点，并将其在澳大利亚的公司结构统一起来。Palliser Capital表示，双重上市结构已经导致公司股东损失了约500亿美元。
值得一提的是，力拓首席执行官曾在今年7月表示，力拓不会结束其在伦敦和悉尼的双重上市，即使在双重上市结构下，力拓也可以进行大规模的股票交易。而力拓的竞争对手必和必拓在统一其双重企业结构后，已将主要上市地点迁至澳大利亚。力拓则受到投资者的压力，被要求效仿必和必拓。
