消息面上，新火科技控股今日宣布将于12月16日举行董事会会议，以（其中包括）审议及批准公司及其附属公司截至2024年9月30日止年度的年度业绩及其公布，并考虑宣派末期股息（如有）。截至发稿，比特币价格徘徊在9.6万美元附近，自特朗普11月5日赢得大选以来，比特币上涨了40%以上。年初至今比特币价格已飙涨超1倍，
据悉，新火科技控股主要提供虚拟资产交易以及提供技术解决方案服务，其中虚拟资产交易包括向客户提供虚拟资产借贷资产管理以及提供场外交易平台，充当交易所功能。2023财年其场外交易产生的收益及借贷管理服务收入为28.11亿港元，占比总收入99.19%。
