金管局宣布向银行发出指引，推出一次性特别安排，容许放宽最高按揭贷款成数和“供款与入息比率”上限的监管要求，以便银行可以灵活地协助于2021至2023年选择了建筑期付款的楼花住宅物业用家完成物业交易。中银香港(02388.HK) 个金产品总经理周国昌表示欢迎及支持有关安排，预期放宽于指定期间以建筑期付款购入楼花住宅物业用家的按揭申请成数及供款比率，可有助缓解买家在申请按揭时，因物业估价低于成交价而所面对的资金周转压力。
