智通财经APP获悉，华兴资本控股(01911)涨超9%，截至发稿，涨9.66%，报3.18港元，成交额353.89万港元。
消息面上，11月29日，华兴资本公告，任命公司联席总裁王力行为新任首席执行官，原首席执行官谢屹璟因个人及家庭原因，主动辞任首席执行官及执行董事职务。任命后，王力行将继续担任公司执行董事。值得注意的是，自去年2月以来，受创始人、原董事会主席包凡风波影响，华兴资本高管层频繁更迭，董事会主席由谢屹璟变更为包凡妻子许彦清，首席执行官由谢屹璟代理到改任、再到当下的王力行。
据悉，王力行在华兴资本拥有长达十七年的职业经历，自2007年7月起便开始在华兴资本从事投资银行业务。王力行曾亲自操刀光年之外收购一流科技、Unity中国业务分拆融资、美团收购摩拜、陌陌战略收购探探、美团点评合并、58赶集合并、滴滴快的合并、腾讯战略投资京东、光线战略投资猫眼、达达京东到家合并、优酷土豆合并等市场知名并购交易；长期陪伴并助力智谱AI、百川智能、生数科技，百度昆仑芯，小度科技，知乎，京东健康，京东物流等明星项目的融资；更有汇通达、快手、京东健康等知名项目港股IPO等公开市场经典案例。
