智通财经APP获悉，重庆机电(02722)涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.69%，报0.7港元，成交额237.84万港元。
消息面上，重庆机电发布公告，2024年11月29日，重通集团(公司全资附属公司)与资产公司重庆机电控股集团资产管理有限公司 (公司控股股东的全资附属公司)签订了股权转让协议，据此，重通集团同意收购及资产公司同意出售其持有的标的股权，代价约为人民币995.56万元。
公告称，为贯彻落实重庆市政府、重庆市国资委关于国有企业聚焦主业、增强核心功能、优化整合(包括企业户数)的战略调整，根据集团经营发展规划，经各方协商，重通集团同意收购及资产公司同意出售其持有标的公司重庆重通透平技术股份有限公司33.33%股权。
