日前，东方证券因保荐业务未勤勉尽责，被要求提交书面承诺。运营商财经网试图探究相关情况。

11月6日，北交所披露关于对会员及其他交易参与人采取口头警示、监管关注、约见谈话、要求提交书面承诺监管措施的情况公示，显示在10月17日东方证券作为保荐机构未勤勉尽责，被要求提交书面承诺。

东方证券9月2日发布公告显示，其已吸收合并了全资子公司东方证券承销保荐有限公司，后北交所、深交所陆续取消相关会员资格。随之，东方证券原业务范围中“证券承销”变更为“证券承销与保荐”，承接东方证券承销保荐有限公司相关客户及项目。

值得一提的是，东方证券承销保荐公司在近两个月因保荐项目已收到两次罚单。

10月18日，中国证监会对其采取责令改正的监管措施，因其存在部分项目质控和内核人员交叉混同、部分项目质控现场核查、内核把关不到位、部分项目聘请第三方信息披露不规范等问题，作为质控负责人的张瀚被出示警示函。

11月4日，上交所发布对其采取监管警示的决定，因其存在“未能对明皓传感项目股权清晰情况予以充分关注及审慎核查报告，履行保荐职责不到位”的情况，同时该项目的两名保荐代表人也被监管警示。

不知东方证券在吸收合并了东方证券承销保荐公司后，其投行保荐业务能否更加合规运营？据天眼查显示，东方证券现法定代表人是金文忠。
