杰富瑞:预计明年香港楼价录中个位数升幅 偏好股息率吸引及基本因素稳健的公司

  杰富瑞发表报告,预计明年香港楼价录中个位数升幅,主要由黄金地段的中小型单位带动,而启德及新界项目则可能因供应充裕而滞后。由于港元强势及结构性重整,零售业销售额或录低单位数跌幅。进入大规模落成年,写字楼空置率可能由13%,升至介乎13%至17%。
