汇丰研究发表报告指，华润置地(01109.HK) 与中国海外(00688.HK) 组成的联合体成功竞得深圳市南山区商住地皮，作价约185亿元人民币，创下该市住宅用地的新高。另外，中国海外亦于11月29日以150亿元人民币购入一幅北京地皮。该行指出，昂贵土地重现是一个正面惊喜，显示出发展商在销售和楼价能见度高的黄金地段收购项目的决心，而且有助提振市场情绪，并减轻市场对发展商缺乏可售资源的忧虑。该行预计，地方政府将于本月供应更多优质土地，领先发展商可能会抓住机会以补充土地储备。
