智通财经APP获悉，光伏股早盘走低，截至发稿，彩虹新能源(00438)跌5.4%，报2.98港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)跌3.62%，报13.3港元；新特能源(01799)跌2.57%，报8.33港元。
消息面上，11月29日，美国商务部宣布了对东南亚四国的光伏电池组件反倾销税（AD）调查的初裁结果，对东南亚四国的反倾销税率范围在0-271.28%。西部证券指出，此次关税政策短期来看或对各公司盈利形成压力，长期来看将提高在美国本土拥有产能企业的优势，加速我国企业在美建厂进程，带动其在美国销量的提升。
海通国际则表示，行业整体正处在出清调整阶段，临近年底集中签单增加价格或将出现波动，但整体下探空间有限，价格底部已经明确，光伏行业正加速回归秩序，当前政策对光伏行业无论是产能还是价格都给出了明确的指引和措施，产业出清、摆脱低价恶性竞争已是大势所趋，价格后面上涨可期，建议重视光伏底部拐点带来的巨大弹性。
