消息面上，中国外运发布关于以集中竞价交易方式回购公司A股股份的进展公告。公告显示，公司于2024年11月29日首次实施A股回购，累计已回购638万股，占总股本的0.09%。回购资金总额为3357万元(不含交易费用)，回购价格区间为5.19元/股至5.27元/股。公司计划的回购资金总额不低于2.71亿元，最高不超过5.42亿元，回购期限为自股东大会审议通过之日起12个月内。
