金吾财讯 | 礼来(LLY)表示，其减肥药Zepbound在首次头对头试验(head-to-head trial)中表现优于竞争对手诺和诺德(NVO)的Wegovy。在礼来赞助的一项研究中，接受Zepbound治疗的人在72周内平均减掉了体重的20%，约50磅，而接受Wegovy治疗的人只减掉了14%。该结果证实了之前试验所显示的表明Zepbound具有更强效果的结论。两种药物的副作用主要与胃肠道有关，并且较为相似。礼来公司表示，完整的研究结果将发表在同行评议的期刊上，并在明年的医学会议上发表。
