Infratil Opens Exchange Offer of Six-Year Unsecured Infrastructure Bonds

Infratil (NZE:IFT, ASX:IFT) opened its exchange offer of six-year unsecured,

unsubordinated, fixed-rate infrastructure bonds due Dec. 13, 2030, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.

The new bonds bear a minimum interest rate of 6% per annum.

Under the offer, all New Zealand resident holders of the IFT260 bonds that mature on Dec. 15 may exchange some or all of their 2024 bonds for new bonds.

The new bonds will be quoted on the NZX Debt Market under the ticker code IFT360.

The company's Australian and Kiwi shares were each down 1% in recent Wednesday trade.
