智通财经APP获悉，中国中药(00570)私有化后持续阴跌，今日早盘反弹逾8%，截至发稿，涨7.66%，报2.39港元，成交额2.18亿港元。
消息面上，中国中药今年10月中旬宣布，国药集团共裕按每股4.6港元将公司私有化的先决条件仍未得到满足，建议于10月18日失效。据悉，今年2月，中国中药发布公告称，国药集团拟以每股4.6港元的价格将中国中药私有化。对于此次私有化的原因，中国中药认为由于二级市场的交易量有限，其作为上市公司融资平台功能存在受限。
值得注意的是，太极集团近期公布第十届董事会第二十三次会议，选举俞敏先生为公司董事长，聘任于宗斌先生为公司总经理。俞敏现任中国中药有限公司董事，太极集团有限公司党委书记、董事长兼总经理，重庆太极实业（集团）股份有限公司党委书记、董事兼总经理。华福证券表示，人事变动落地，国改逻辑持续演绎据悉，过去10年，国药集团不断进行重组整合，2013年至2015年，并购盈天医药、同济堂、天江药业和一方制药；2021年，战略重组太极集团。
