智通财经APP获悉，半导体股普遍承压，截至发稿，中芯国际(00981)跌2.65%，报25.7港元；晶门半导体(02878)跌2.04%，报0.48港元；华虹半导体(01347)跌0.97%，报20.45港元；上海复旦(01385)跌0.65%，报15.24港元。
消息面上，美国商务部12月2日发布对华半导体出口管制措施，加严对半导体制造设备、存储芯片等物项的对华出口管制，将136家中国实体增列至出口管制实体清单，并拓展长臂管辖。中方认为该措施是典型的经济胁迫行为和非市场做法，坚决反对美方泛化国家安全概念，滥用出口管制措施，实施单边霸凌行径。
中信证券研报指出，本次制裁仍然是主要围绕先进制程的“小院高墙”式策略，意在卡住中国先进半导体发展进程，相关内容与此前媒体报道内容差别不大，市场已有所预期，由于相关企业已有提前准备，该行认为短期实际影响有限，长期而言则需放弃幻想，自立自强，有望进一步加速全产业链国产化进程。
