近日，青岛赛轮轮胎有限公司和青岛固博轮胎有限公司，分别以8400万元的总价成功竞得位于青岛市黄岛区集成路南、信阳路西的两宗工业用地，总面积约为21.88公顷。

具体来看，青岛赛轮轮胎有限公司获得的宗地面积为12.3918公顷，成交价为4757万元；而青岛固博轮胎有限公司获得的宗地面积为9.4913公顷，成交价为3643万元。

青岛赛轮轮胎有限公司成立于2022年6月28日，注册地位于董家口化工产业园。9月23日，赛轮轮胎（601058）董事会同意，由全资子公司青岛赛轮轮胎有限公司（简称“赛轮董家口”）吸收合并青岛赛轮新材料有限公司（简称“赛轮新材料”），并变更为“青岛董家口年产50万吨功能化新材料（一期20万吨）项目”的实施主体。此次合并旨在降低运营成本，加快项目建设速度。

另一方面，青岛固博轮胎有限公司成立于2013年6月，是一家集全产业链优势资源打造的综合性科技创新型轮胎企业，隶属于“国橡中心”。该公司专注于航空轮胎（包括军用和民用）、航空轮胎翻新、航空航天橡胶制品及高端军用地面轮胎的研发和生产。据悉，固博轮胎计划投资15亿元，用于建设年产20万套航空轮胎、30万套地面特种胎与20万套航空翻新胎的项目。

这两宗工业用地的成功竞得，将为青岛赛轮轮胎和青岛固博轮胎的进一步发展提供重要的土地资源，有助于推动当地轮胎制造业的升级和扩张，同时也将为区域经济发展注入新的活力。
