据知情人士称，美国第四大银行富国银行（Wells Fargo）正寻求出售其位于旧金山的总部大楼，同时将总部迁至不到半英里（约合1.6公里）外的其他办公室。

　　据一位知情人士透露，富国银行已聘请其前Eastdil Secured房地产投资银行为一笔交易提供咨询，其总部仍将设在旧金山。周二较早时有报道称，富国银行位于旧金山蒙哥马利街420号（420 Montgomery St．）的总部大楼最早可能于本月挂牌出售。

　　富国银行的一位发言人在一份电邮声明中表示：“将更多的旧金山员工聚集在我们的市场街333号，将创造一个更协作的工作环境，让他们可以使用更现代化的工作空间、更先进的技术和设施。富国银行的总部仍在旧金山，我们没有将其迁出这座城市的计划。”
