【世界先进与恩智浦新加坡合资晶圆厂动土 预计2027年量产】金十数据12月4日讯，世界先进发布新闻稿，世界先进与恩智浦(NXPI.O)在新加坡合资的VSMC今天举行12英寸晶圆厂动土典礼。VSMC的首座12英寸晶圆厂预计2027年量产，2029年月产能达到5.5万片，估计将创造约1500个工作机会。在首座12英寸厂量产后，世界先进及恩智浦将评估建造第二座晶圆厂。世界先进与恩智浦今年6月5日宣布在新加坡设立VSMC合资公司，以兴建1座12英寸晶圆厂，总投资金额约为78亿美元。
