智通财经APP讯，百济神州(06160)公布，公司获知公司股东 HHLR Fund, L.P.、 Hillhouse BGN Holdings Limited 及 YHG Investment, L.P.(以下合称 “HHLR Fund, L.P.及其联属实体”或“信息披露义务人”)于 2023 年 6 月 8 日至 2024 年 12 月 2 日通过集中竞价和大宗交易方式合计减持公司境外流通股股份 21,997,317 股，本次权益变动不触及要约收购。
本次权益变动后，HHLR Fund, L.P.及其联属实体持有公司股份数量从 147,035,258 股减少至 125,045,741 股，所持股份占公司已发行股份总数的比例从 10.61%减少至 9.02%。
